Timmermans Kriek Tradition
This beer is made by steeping sour cherries in lambic beer and ageing the beer in oak barrels for a period of 6 to 9 months.
It is characterised by a cherry red colour, velvety radiance and very fine bubbles. Its invigorating natural aroma perfectly balances the notes of cherry and lambic.
Fermenting lambic with sour cherries for 6 to 9 months results in ripe aromas and a pleasantly complex flavour, subtly combining notes of cherry and apple.
