Traditional blonde abbey beer. Thanks to the secondary fermentation in the bottle it has an alcohol content of 6.5%. The beer has a bright “Naples yellow” colour. The head is thick, creamy and long-lasting.The nose is discrete, vernal and floral with notes of vanilla and malt. Its refreshing finish is pleasantly hoppy. The mouthfeel is round, agreeable and well balanced. This balance makes the beer very drinkable, before giving way to the complexity of the hops’ bitterness.The flavour is very rich, refreshing and harmonious. It reveals hints of ripe pear with accents of papaya.The final impression is one of balance and a discrete and elegant development of the bitterness.
