Caramel flan with Dominus Double

  • ŠŠŠ70 cl milk
  • ŠŠŠŠ30 cl liquid crème fraîche
  • 100 g castor sugar
  • ŠŠŠŠ1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • ŠŠŠŠ8 eggs
  • ŠŠ20 g butter
  • ŠŠŠŠ5 spoons castor sugar
  • ŠŠŠŠ15 cl Dominus Double


  • Mix the milk, the crème fraîche and the sugars and boil.
  • Let it rest for 3 minutes.
  • Break the eggs in an oven bowl.
  • Add the mix while constantly stirring so the eggs don’t cook.
  • Cook au bain-marie in a 180°C oven for about 30 minutes.
  • Insert a knife and if it comes out dry, the flan is ready.
  • Reduce 15 cl of Dominus Double by 2 thirds.
  • Add the butter and sugar and caramelise.
  • Serve with the flan.
