Ingredients

  • For about 20 pieces:
  • 340 g fine flour
  • 12 cl olive oil
  • 12 cl Dominus Triple
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 5 g cumin

Preparation

  • Prepare the dough with the flour, olive oil, beer Dominus Triple, salt and cumin.
  • Divide the dough into 25 balls.
  • Roll each ball in your hands to make a roll and shape each roll into a bow.
  • Put the bows on a baking plate with baking paper.
  • Cook for 30 minutes in a 175°C oven.
